First of all, allow me to introduce myself: my name is Paula Alarcón Amador, and I am a student at IES Federico García Lorca, where I am pursuing a Middle Degree in Marketing and Commercial Activities. Over the past three months, I’ve had the opportunity to carry out my training internship at an Oxfam store — an organization dedicated to selling donated items such as clothing, footwear, books, and other products for charitable purposes.
This experience has undoubtedly been a time of great personal and professional growth. I’ve learned to understand the real inner workings of a retail business, facing everyday situations — and others I never imagined I would experience.
